Returns

  • You can return items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at [customer@neyofitness.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
